La-La Land Crafts Pastel Colors

For this weeks La-La Land Crafts design team challenge I made a birthday shaker card. I have been wanted to make a shaker card with the HELLO die that was release in Feb so I spent all last week at work designing my card in my head and waiting patiently for a day off to play. I think it came out super cute and I cant wit to give it to my friend for her Birthday next month.

I started off creating a panel 3″ x 8″ with Distress oxide inks in Wilted Violet, Broken China and Cracked Pistachio. I took the check pattern stencil from the Everything is Rosy Layering stencil and used a wet baby wipe to create a subtle pattern in the background. Next I die cut HELLO from the panel and splattered it with pink and white acrylic paint. I created 2 layers of fun foam with the hello cut out (that makes each letter its own shaker) and filled them in with a few pastel sequins and some sparkly bits from Queen and Co. Last was arranging my layout and adding some acrylic dots. I have listed all the supplies I used and the colors below. Thank you very much for stopping by! I hope you have a wonderful week.
